The ‘UFO’ is a unique design fixture by Atelier Robotiq. The Fiber Pattern lamp is made of resin-impregnated fibers. The fibers are wound with a industrial robot around a mold in geometric patterns.

The fixture has a diameter of ø80 cm and a height of 24 cm. The fibers are white, wich makes them perfect for our LED-bol. Because of the color, the fibers will adapt to the color of the light. The top of the fixture, the ring, is the suspension system available with different finishes: Brass or Coper.

I love paper, it’s such a simple material. Usually paper lamps are glued together; gluing is a messy, tedious job that’s done by hand.  In my lamp, there is no gluing at all, only cutting but the results look handmade, and I really like that confusing part. Read more

The lighting concept consist of one or more LED light sphere that can be fitted into design luminaires as a light source ( sub assembly). But also as a stand-alone product, the LED sphere can be used to control the atmosphere in a room, office or restaurant.
